Glad I got this!

I've been enjoying this filter so much. It has drastically reduced the friction to drinking more water for me and for my kids. It's nice to know that clean purified water is as simple as getting it from the tap. I'm very glad I got this. Other than getting my bigger frame underneath the kitchen sink, it was actually very easy to install and had it working within 30 minutes

The light is cool. It's the first one I've seen with the ultraviolet light

It works great well worth the money and it's easy to hook up.and the water tastes great. I'm out as a faucet close to the edge of the counter so I can fill up my 5 gallon bottles of water and other large bottles.

I had an issue with UV light not coming on when the water was running.

I contacted LCF UV light filter company through the an email provided with the instruction and Alex contacted me promptly. Has asked me to check few things to see if was the UV light or something else.

I did just that and l replied back. Within few days Alex responded and said that new unit had been shipped.

He also provided me with very good guidance on how-to check the new unit without installing it.

I did just that and the unit was working just fine.

I would recommend them to anyone who would appreciate good customer services and replacements of items needed.

A perfect A+ rating purifier and highly recommended

After lot of research on water purifiers I finally decided to purchase the LCF purifier and I am highly satisfied with the Product. Unlike the simple faucet the LCF's faucet design looks so elegant with UV chamber and glowing blue light when the tap is on and water run through it.

A rare product in amazon which cares about customers as the design built in such a way the water purifier does not reduce TDS, no bad smell or odor, maintains Ph, kills bacteria, removes heavy metals and most importantly preserve the minerals and providing good taste of water. The installation is easy and the sleek design fits to the corner side under sink which consumes only little space. The speed of the water flow is also very good.

Customer service is awesome, response from support team is so positive and customer satisfaction is their top priority and they mean it 100%. The moment I email the support team about faucet issue I got a replacement with in a day's time which is absolutely fantastic and unmatchable support.

As Step 1, I purchased the TDS test kit first and I check my tap water TDS value which came around 180's. You can google it with 'best tds levels for drinking water with minerals' and you will see explanation of what does it means.
Now what I need is to maintain the TDS value by purifying the water and at the same time preserve the essential minerals, so I found this gem product LCF water purifier in Amazon.
After installing the purifier, I verified the TDS and its perfectly intact with the same value as before.

Many of the water filters available in the market are coming with RO design and it is built in a way that TDS will be reduced and most of the minerals will be lost during the purifying process. So I asked myself what is the point of even drinking that water when the essential minerals are lost which are most needed for human body in day to day life. The same case applied even with bottled water and more over there are microplastics in plastic bottles which is not good for health in long run.
Hence, I started researching for a right product and finally found the LCF filter which is a perfect replacement for those tds reducing purifiers and bottled water. I would not say RO is not needed but its required when the TDS values in water is high or water is highly contaminated which is not in my case, so I chosen the product with out RO.
You can google it with the search "when is RO filter needed in home" and you will understand the details on it.

And finally I purchased a home water drinking test kit to verify if the filter is passing all water tests, and surprisingly all the values appeared as per recommended sheet in the test kit. Finally a peace of mind with LCF water purifier.
If your requirement fits similar to mine I would definitely suggest to go with LCF purifier.

Overall its an amazing product, A+ rating and highly recommended.

Pretty nice alkaline water filter

I have a couple products from the company and I believe they are well priced and pretty good relative to others in this same range.

On top of that the unit practically pays for itself in a few months depending on how much alkaline water you drink.

The set up is relatively simple and the UV faucet is icing on the cake.

Does this system reduce TDS?

No. This system is not designed to reduce TDS. TDS meters measure dissolved substances in water, including beneficial minerals and trace soluble substances. Since this system includes an alkaline mineral filter that adds minerals such as calcium, magnesium, and potassium, the TDS/PPM reading may stay the same or become slightly higher than tap water. A similar or slightly higher TDS reading does not mean the filter is not working.

Why does the filtered water lookcloudy or milky?

This is usually caused by tiny air bubbles, especially after first installation, filter replacement, or long periods of non-use. To check, pour the filtered water into a clear glass and let it sit for a few minutes. If the water gradually clears from the bottom up, the cloudiness is likely caused by air bubbles rather than impurities. Before first use, please flush the system for 10 minutes. After replacing filters, flush the PPC or CTO filter for 5 minutes and the UF filter for 10 minutes. The bubbles usually decrease after several days of normal use.

Why does the filtered water taste unusual?

A temporary taste may occur when the system is new, the filters are newly replaced, the system has not been flushed enough, or the system has not been used for a while. Please flush the system before drinking. If the system has not been used for more than one week, run the faucet for about 1 minute before use. Also make sure the PPC, UF, and CTO filters are installed in the correct positions. The labels on the filters should match the labels on the system housing. For systems with alkaline mineral filtration, a slightly different taste may be normal because the CTO filter raises pH and adds minerals.

Why does the system leak or drip?

Leaks are usually caused by tubing that is not fully inserted, unevenly cut tubing, loose fittings, missing lock clips, or incorrect installation. Please check the following: • Make sure the blue inlet tubing is fully inserted into the IN port. • Make sure the white outlet tubing is fully inserted into the OUT port. • Confirm that all blue lock clips are installed. • Check that tubing ends are cut straight and clean. • Make sure the faucet, diverter valve, washers, and quick-connect fittings are tightened properly. The tubing should be pushed fully into the quick-connect fitting until it reaches the insert mark. If the tubing is not fully inserted, a seal may not form and leakage may occur. If leakage continues, turn off the water supply, disconnect the tubing from the leaking area, inspect the tubing end, re-cut it if necessary, and reconnect it firmly.

Why is the water flow becoming slower?

Slower water flow may be caused by an expired filter, clogged filter, kinked tubing, partially closed valve, low water pressure, or excessive impurities in the source water. Please check that: • the cold water valve is fully open; • the diverter valve is fully open; • the faucet is fully open; • the inlet and outlet tubing are not bent or kinked; • the filters are within their service life; • the water pressure is within the required range of 14.5–87 psi. If the water pressure is below 14.5 psi, a booster pump may be needed. If it exceeds 87 psi, a pressure-reducing valve should be installed.

Why may the filter need to be replacedearlier than expected?

Filter life depends on water quality, usage, and local conditions. If your water contains high levels of sediment, rust, chlorine, or other impurities, the filters may clog sooner and need to be replaced earlier than the normal schedule. For best performance, replace filters according to the filter life indicator, or sooner if you notice reduced flow, unusual taste, odor, or changes in water quality. Actual filter performance may vary depending on water quality and usage.

How often should I replace the filters?

Under normal use, the filter life is: • PPC Filter: up to 6 months • UF Filter: up to 12 months • CTO Filter: up to 12 months The system includes filter life indicators to remind you when a filter is nearing expiration or has expired. If a filter expires, please replace it promptly to maintain filtration performance. If the system has not been used for an extended period, the filter reminder can be reset based on actual use, but filters should still be replaced within the maximum recommended period to ensure proper performance.

What should I do after replacing a filter?

After replacing a filter, reset the filter life indicator and flush the new filter before drinking. To reset the filter life indicator: 1. Long press the RESET button to enter filter reset mode. 2. Short press the RESET button to select the filter you replaced. 3. Long press the RESET button again to reset the selected filter. After replacement, flush the PPC or CTO filter for 5 minutes. Flush the UF filter for 10 minutes.

Why are the filter indicator lights off?

This is normal during regular use. The system enters energy-saving mode when no action is taken. To check the filter status, lightly press the filter reset button. The indicator lights will turn on and show the current filter life status, then turn off automatically after about 30 seconds. If the indicator lights do not turn on at all, please check whether the batteries are installed correctly or need replacement.

How does the UV faucet work?

The UV faucet activates automatically when water flows through it. When you turn on the faucet, the blue light turns on, indicating that the UV system is operating. When you turn off the faucet, the blue light turns off and the UV system stops. The faucet should be connected to the included power adapter and plugged into a 110V or 120V outlet.
